- Tender are invited for Genetec Compatible Security Cameras, Access Control Devices and Software
Project Description : This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the supply of internal and external Genetec compatible security cameras, Genetec compatible electronic access devices, related accessories and Genetec software on an “as needed basis”. Services shall include system consultation and installation as required, and maintenance of the devices. RDP requires that the selected proponent be a Genetec Unified Elite partner. All devices must be compatible with Genetec, compliant with Genetec Security System current version, and approved by the Manager of Security and Emergency Response and/or the Telecommunications Coordinator. Install location(s) will be determined by Manager of Security and Emergency Response and the Telecommunications Coordinator. Data cabling and network connectivity will be provided by others.It is RDP-s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on September 1, 2022.Proposals received will be evaluated via a three stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP.
