Description:
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to engage a qualified contractor to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance services for standby and portable generators located at various sites.The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following for each generator identified by This RFP. Inspection: Conduct visual and operational inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential issues. Testing: Perform load bank testing, and verify system performance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance including oil and filter changes, coolant and fuel system checks, battery testing, and cleaning. Repairs and Adjustments: Identify deficiencies and perform approved repairs or adjustments as required. Documentation and Reporting: Provide detailed service reports for each generator, including findings, test results, corrective actions, and recommendations for future maintenance.
