Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, supply and labour, equipment and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance and on demand services for generator sets at Housing York Inc. properties. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANADATORY REQUIREMENTS:QUALIFICATIONS: All staff conducting the Work must hold the required qualifications as set out in the RFT documents. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: The Supplier must have a minimum of five (5) years of continuous experience in the inspection and testing of fixed and portable generators. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $5,000.00 . The form Bid Deposit Information Form is attached as Appendix E.SITE VISIT: A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT.QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS: Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to the Region's Procurement Representative via email to Kim.Froats@york.ca
