Description : Provide materials, labour and equipment, services and incidentals to perform Work including but not limited to: 1. Install signs interior/exterior of buildings, in parking lots 2. Replace/repair wooden step - basement stairs 3. Interior/exterior handrails - install, replacement, welding repairs 4. Minor carpentry, caulking, ceramic tiles 5. Installation of medicine cabinets in units 6. HRV unit filters and furnace filters as required 7. Hanging of curtain rods and or pictures into concrete walls 8. Towel bars any other repairs where drywall and new wood is required 9. Replace/repair dryer and range hood vents, repair screening on vents, fill in points of entry for rodents 10. Removing/demolition of tenant addition - walls in basement, decks outside 11. Repairing of safety issues - cut exposed rebar out of sidewalk, parking lot, replacement covers for electrical outlets 12. Delivery and building of picnic tables, benches, chairs, garbage cans for buildings both interior and exterior 13. Moving of small items - fridges and stoves if necessary, tenant belongings 14. Repair and or replacing of fence boards and chain link fence 15. Build wooden step for pre-cast steps 16. Do minor maintenance and repairs if a site manager portfolio becomes vacant.
