- The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority (“the Authority”) is the owner/operator of the Peace Bridge international border crossing between Buffalo, New York and Fort Erie, Ontario.The Authority requires a licensed professional engineer to serve as the Authority-s General Engineering Consultant for a term of five (5) years, providing engineering services as required in Buffalo, NY and Fort Erie, ON.
