- The purpose of this RFPQ is to obtain submissions from general contractors to determine those that are qualified to undertake the general contractor-s scope of work for the new build of the Wastewater Innovation Centre project as further explained in Appendix B of the RFPQ. A pre-qualified supplier list will be developed based on the outcome of this RFPQ process. Those on the list will be invited to an invitational second-stage competitive process to bid on the scope of work. Only those that are on the pre-qualified supplier list will be eligible to bid in the invitational second-stage competitive process.
