Description:
Renovation of Belwood Hall located at 36 Queen Street West, Belwood. Scope of work is to upgrade the existing facility to be compliant to Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, improve overall accessibility and useability, and replace end of life components. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
new exterior ramp and stair access with accessoriesnew exterior roof above new ramp and stairs with new exterior lightingrenovation and replacement of exterior fenestrationsdemolition of existing second storey area and stairsrenovation of interior divisionsrenovation of interior floor assembliesrenovation of interior finishesrenovation of male, female and universal washroomrenovation of existing casework and millworkremoval of existing stagereplacement and relocation of existing mechanical systemsreplacement of new electrical systemsnew lighting, audio/visual, security and access control systemsnew doors and door operators for accessibilityreplacement of existing septic systemnew paving, curbs and painting for parking.
