- The scope of work will involve interior alterations within four Residence corridors on the Kingston campus corridor and lounge spaces. The successful Contractor will be responsible for but not limited to: 1. Supply and installation of new flooring, painting, new t-bar ceiling, lighting, and all requiredfurniture relocation. 2. Providing and maintaining the project schedule, providing a schedule of values, submitting all required shop drawings, leading bi-weekly site meetings and producing meeting minutes for distribution, submitting final as-built drawings, and submitting all warranties and maintenancemanuals upon completion of the project. The area of work is within the corridors and lounges on the 2nd through 5th floors of phase III in the Residence.
