- The scope of work will involve interior alterations within classroom and lab spaces.The Successful Contractor will be responsible for:1. The interior alterations include: Demolition and disposal, supply and installation of new flooring, painting, millwork, minor plumbing and electrical, new t-barceiling, lighting, all required furniture relocation, doors, frames and new door hardware.2. Providing and maintaining the project schedule, providing a schedule of values, submitting all required shop drawings, leading bi-weekly site meetings and producing meeting minutes for distribution, submittingfinal as-built drawings, and submitting all warranties and maintenance manuals upon completion of the project.
