The site sits on existing Parking Lot 13 at the intersection of North side of Collegiate Boulevard NW and Collegiate PlaceThe Taylor Family Kinesiology Building includes clinic spaces, offices, open research areas (“courts”) and a sprint track, and dry research laboratories supporting innovative and transformative research in biomechanics, physiology, sport technology, injury prevention, concussion, sport performance, strength, and conditioning and more. This new freestanding, two-storey, 2300 square metre building that will expand upon the existing research facilities for the Faculty of Kinesiology. This sustainable building is being designed to achieve a minimum LEED Gold rating
