• The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) (“the Owner”) invites tenders from qualified contractors to complete landscaping works, civil works, electrical works, structural works, installation of various sized products, irrigation works and other work to the Genelle Community Park located at District Lot 2404, PID 016-710-771 Genelle, British Columbia, V0G 1G0. The Owner has contracted George Harris Collaborative Inc. (“the Consultant”) as Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) to lead project management. Mark Daines, Manager of Facilities and Recreation (“the Owner Representative”) has intimate knowledge of the project and will assist in an advisory role during the bidding and construction periods to provide clarity on any questions not covered in the tender documents.
