- PurposeThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for this project involves the renovation of Unit #107 at 2692 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, BC, to support the Integrated Support Team (ISF), which operates under the Toxic Drug Response and Priority Populations (TDRPP) portfolio. The scope of work includes Mechanical, Architectural, and Electrical upgrades as detailed in the Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings. The construction requirements are minimal, with the primary focus on cosmetic improvements such as new paint, updated flooring, and minor reconfiguration of the existing space to better suit program needs. Anticipated Start Date: May 27, 2025.The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated: July 18, 2025.
