Description : The brief scope of work for the bundled project is provided below, the detailed scope of work antender documents will be provided at the Stage 2 - RFT. Construction of the project will be through the General Contractor specialized in curtain wall anpunched window repair works. Phase A - 1080618 - Curtain Wall Repairs The brief project scope is outlined below, the complete and detailed scope of work with any updatesand detailed drawings and specification will be provided at the stage 2 - RFT. Remove and replace new cover caps; Fully replace all exterior pressure plates, fasteners and gaskets; Improve drainage provision by removing the existing acrylic infused foam in the glazing pocket ainstalling new corner blocks; Seal accessible curtain wall framing joints; Install new transition membrane at the interface between the curtain wall frame and other claddinsystems and at the curtain wall corners; Install new metal to glass cap seals for improved resistance to water penetration; Replace all the IGUs Remove and dispose existing curtain walls and windows, and supply and install high energy efficiency glazing units; Remove and reset the spandre...
