• Description:
• The Khalsa Day Parade is an annual large-scale event held from Malton to Rexdale, attracting significant public attendance. To support effective waste management operations throughout the event, we require the provision and servicing of waste collection equipment along the parade route and afterhours until 10PM on May 3. The required equipment is as follows: Four (4) waste compactors Seventy (70) units each of the following: Organic waste toters Garbage roll-off bins Standard waste toters All equipment must be delivered and strategically placed at designated locations along the route prior to the event. A detailed site map outlining placement points will be provided in advance.Vendors will be responsible for ensuring that all waste containers are clearly labeled, in good working condition, and suitable for high-volume public use. Consideration should be given to proper waste segregation (organic and general waste) to support cleanliness and environmental compliance.Coordination with event organizers will be required to ensure timely delivery, appropriate distribution, and efficient waste management throughout the event. Post-event collection and removal of all equipment should also be included to ensure the route is promptly restored to its original condition.
