Please note the following Vendor questions and responses:

Q1. Under the heading - Scope of Work it indicates 36 lengths of W310 X 129 x 9100 mm are required. In the Quantity/Description spreadsheet in indicates 10 lengths W310 X 129 x 9100 mm are required.

R1. Thirty-six (36) is the total number of beams included in Items 1 through 4 inclusive, whereas ten (10) is the number of lengths of Item 1 exclusively.

Q2. Are all materials to be galvanized or just the W310 X 129 x 9100mm?

R2. As per the Specification, all steel shall be hot dipped galvanized.

Q3. Can you confirm all shapes requires as beams, angles or channels?

R3. Item 1: H-Beam; Item 2: Angle; Item 3: H-Beam; Item 4: C-Channel.

Q4. Can you advise of the dimensions in Imperial measures?

R5. It is the policy of DTI District 6 to use metric in all measurements.

All other information remains the same.

SCOPE
This Tender consists of the manufacture, supply, and delivery of 36 Galvanized Steel H-Beams as described within the Specifications detailed below.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
A Contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest total price bid for the 36 Galvanized Steel H-Beams which meets the requirements detailed within the Specifications detailed below.

SPECIFICATIONS
1. All steel must be hot dipped galvanized as per CAN/CSA G164-M92
2. Manufactured to the sizes and quantities detailed within Items 1-4 inclusive.

DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
