- You are invited to submit a quotation for the following: Project: Galiano, Affordable Housing Project Phase 2 Tender - Construction 280 Georgeson Bay Road Galiano Island, BC V0N 1P0 The project consists of the construction of 20 new residential units. This will include four separate buildings ofstacked & row townhomes, plus an additional building to house water treatment equipment & shared laundry. All buildings to be slab on grade & stick framed. Phase 2 will include construction of the buildings including all finishes and certain site works such as landscaping & asphalt paving Sitedevelopment, specifically civil & septic works were included in the phase 1 tender and are not included in this tender Project located on Galiano Island. Gross Building Area (including utility building) = 16,001 SQFT Tender Closing Date: Site Visit: April 29th, 2025 @ 3:00 PM Non-Mandatory site visitApril 15th, 2025 @ 1:30 PM.
