Description:
This nRFP is to engage a Proponent to provide turnkey Temporary Hospitality fit-outs of temporary stadium spaces as well as stand-alone hospitality structures with fit out amenities, as needed.The primary objectives of the nRFP are: To enter into a contract with a Proponent(s) for Temporary Hospitality Services for the renovations to the Toronto Stadium to host the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Toronto. To engage a Proponent(s) who will: Deliver design consultation and support during the pre-construction phase of the project, regarding all temporary hospitality structures to complement renovations to the Stadium and/or the fit-out of temporary stadium spaces for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Provide updated pricing at each design milestone for all temporary hospitality spaces and structures required for the renovations to the Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Updated pricing will be based on design updates. Provide, deliver, install, dismantle, and remove all temporary hospitality needed for the renovations to the Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026 within the project schedule constraints. Temporary hospitality may include: interior fit out of spaces, temporary build out of some spaces, temporary expansions of existing spaces, temporary restrooms, temporary kitchen spaces, and temporary HVAC.
