- Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: The Correctional Service of Canadas (CSC) operational environment is unique for its diversity of loca-tions, climate exposures and the physically restrictive construction techniques of penal institutions. Main-taining national security, the safety of staff and offenders alike is CSCs commitment to the government and public. CSC has a requirement to acquire two Full Body X-Ray Scanners (hereinafter referred to the Scanner).
