- Park West School Division is requesting fuel tenders for the 2025/26 school year per the attached document. The locations and expected quantities are specified in the attached spreadsheet and tenders are to be submitted to Dan Voth via email (dvoth@pwsd.ca), fax (204-842-2110) or mail (PO Box 68,Birtle, MB, R0M0C0). Tenders are due at 12:00 noon on June 6, 2025 and should be submitted using the attached pricing spreadsheet for pricing on May 31, 2025. Requested pricing to be based on a rack price (provide location and price details) plus delivery charge less discounts (if any). While rackprice will change throughout the year, suppliers are committing to the delivery charge and discounts for the entire school year.Other submissions (such as a retail price less a discount, and equity accounts) will also be considered.
