Description:
MacEwan University is seeking a vendor who can supply and install one (1) new Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer Instrument and provide training, maintenance, and ongoing support services for the University-s Faculty of Arts and Science - Physical Sciences Department. The instrument is required to support ongoing institutional research and teaching objectives. The objectives of this RFP are to: • Acquire a state-of-the-art FTIR Spectrometer Instrument that meets or exceeds MacEwan University-s technical requirements • The Instrument must delivered, installed, and fully configured, with users trained on its operation and maintenance by no later than May 23, 2025 • Secure comprehensive support and training that will enable faculty and lab technicians to operate the equipment confidently through training programs and accessible resources • Maximize long-term value and reliability of the purchased Instrument, backed by a warranty and support structure for maintenance and repairs • Ensure operational efficiency and user accessibility
