A critical component of FSRA's journey to becoming a principle-based, outcome-focused regulator is modernization of its regulatory operations enabled through businesstransformation. The Market Conduct Business Solution (MCBS) project is a key resource in this transformation, designed to replace existing sector-specific and obsolete legacy systems with an integrated, multi-sectoral solution.MCBS is a centralized client information system, based on Microsoft Dynamics365 technology, supporting licensing services that lay the foundation for optimizing Market Conduct regulatory functions. The goals include enhancing licensing efficiency, managing compliance, improving customer experience and remediating legacy applicationrisks.
