Detailed_Description : This Market Sounding Exercise (the “MSE”) is initiated by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (the “Ministry” or “MPBSDP”). This market sounding is a request for the marketplace to participate in early engagement to identify innovative solutions to ascertain industry standards, best practices and business/technology trends, technology and delivery models related to Freedom of Information (FOI) management systems development and implementation. The potential roles of key enablers and industry trends may include, but are not limited to, digital tools and artificial intelligence, the range of market capacity, capability, readiness, and level of interest to provide a solution(s) for a proposed set of desired outcomes (as further set out in 1.3.3 Desired Outcome Statement) prior to the consideration of conducting a later procurement for a FOI case management solution
Scope of Work : The Ministry is seeking to modernize the FOI service with a solution to make available across all government ministries and agencies
