Description : The Board of Education of School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of supplying, delivering and installing free standing furniture for the new Education Learning Centre, inclusive of all components required to provide a complete and functional system. Ancillary furniture is not part of this RFP but may be subject to consideration later on with the Board's discretion. Proponents may choose to only participate on items that they can supply, deliver, and install. If needed, the Proponent must be able to provide samples of each finish and colour of the proposed furniture. The commissioning date is subject to the completion of the construction and therefore subject to change by the Board. If needed, the Proponent must be able to hold the furniture and should consider the cost when submitting their proposal.
