INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of New Westminster invites tenders for the FRDC Roof Replacement project in New Westminster, BC.

The work generally consists of all labour, materials, plant, and equipment necessary to complete the Roof Replacements on Roof Sections 1, 5, & 10 with an option to also replace Roof Section 2 at the Fraser River Discovery Centre (FRDC), as specified in the Tender Documents, Specifications, and Drawings.

The City of New Westminster posts notifications on BC Bid; interested firms can download the documents from the City-s Purchasing web page at https://www.newwestcity.ca/business-and-economy/doing-business-with-the-city/request-for-bids-and-proposals-open

Bidders are responsible to check for all subsequent addenda/amendments on the City website and respond according to the Invitation to Tender documents.

Please note
The City has arranged a Mandatory Site Meeting, on Monday, March 3, 2025 starting at 10:00 am at the Fraser River Discovery Centre, 788 Quayside Drive, New Westminster.

To be eligible to submit a Bid for this Tender, Bidders must attend the Mandatory Site Meeting. Failure to attend the Mandatory Site Meeting will result in disqualification of the Bidder.
