- The City of Mission requests Submissions from interested parties for the provision of consulting Services related to design and post-design for a dike and related items along the north banks of the Fraser River extending from the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) train bridge upstream for approximately 1.2km to where the tracks rejoin the banks of the river, as further described in Schedule A of this Request.
The Services will be quoted in two stages:
• Stage 1: detailed design and pre-construction tasks such as permit applications and initial land agent/legal services.
• Stage 2: continue the project after 100% detailed design, through land acquisition, to tender and then construction management. Parts of Stage 2 may or may not proceed immediately after Stage 1.
