ADD: Closing Date: 2:00 p.m. (14:00 hours) local time, April 15th 2021.
The Board of Education of School District 91 (Nechako Lakes) are doing a Envelope Upgrade for the Fraser Lake Elem-Sec School Located at 110 Chowsunket Street, Fraser Lake, BC.
The project consists of an envelope upgrade to the library wing over approximately 5800 sq. ft.of wall area in Phase 1, with new thermally broken doors & windows, and framing in no longer required existing doors. Phase 2 (approximately 3300 sq. ft. of wall area) will be tendered at later date.
Bid Depository will apply to this project.
Sealed tenders marked ": FRASER LAKE ELEMENTARY SECONDARY SCHOOL ENVELOPE UPGRADE PHASE 1 - FRASER LAKE, BC. ", will be received by Chernoff Thompson Architects North, 230 - 177 Victoria Street, Prince George, BC V2L 5R8, before 2:00 p.m. (14:00 hours) local time, April 8th 2021.
Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tendered price.
The successful Contractor will be required to submit a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Contracted amount, within ten (10) days of the award of the Contract.
