Tender are invited for Frank Grisdale Hall (FGH) Modification and Re-Purposing
Project Description : The FGH Building has been designated as the intended host site for a Health and Wellness Hub, training facilities including a new gym, informal learning spaces and an Indigenous event/partnership space. It currently comprises a working kitchen and server area, gymnasium, supporting change rooms, washrooms and connecting hallways and wings of unused dorm rooms. A portion of several wings have been repurposed as swing spaces for offices during various renovations in other parts of the campus. The building is roughly 17,000 square meters in size in its current configuration.
