- The Fourth Street Stairs and Flex Space project involves the construction of a new concrete stairway linking Columbia Street with Front Street. As part of the project, the slope will be revitalized with landscaping, rain gardens and lighting. The flex space at the base of the slope includes a concrete manual pad and new electrical and communications connections to facilitate future events.
The work includes structural and architectural concrete, storm drainage, landscaping and electrical.
