- This is the fourth intake for Property Management Division-s (PMD) Prequalified List for Consultant Services for Building Development.
PMD is requesting proposals for each Area of Expertise as indicated within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This list will be utilized for the second stage procurement of individual projects where consultant services related to building development are needed.
This is also an opportunity for suppliers that have already prequalified to apply for additional areas of expertise, update company details and key personnel, or submit changes to their original submission. Previously pre-qualified suppliers do not need to re-apply. Please refer to RFQ-2022-2-1403 for the Original Request for Qualifications.
Please note: Several Areas of Expertise previously included have been removed from this scope, as PMD does not anticipate requiring these services for the remaining term of the list.
