Tender are invited for Four Centre Boiler Replacement
Project Description : This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Red Deer College (herein referred to as “RDC” or “Owner”) to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms to perform the work required to complete Four Centre Boiler Replacement (“Project”) located at RDC Main Campus. RDC requires the removal of four (4) boilers and the installation of four (4) new boilers.It is RDC-s intention to enter into the CCDC 2 2008 Edition Stipulated Price Contract, and Amendments and Supplementary Conditions to the CCDC 2 2008 Edition Stipulated Price Contract, with only one (1) legal entity. Bids received will be evaluated and the compliant bidder with the lowest evaluated price will be required to sign the CCDC 2 2008 Edition Stipulated Price Contract with amendments.Construction Start and End Date: June 1, 2021 to August 20, 2021.
