- The Work Requirements outlined in this RFTsf invites proponents to submit a single proposal for completing Foundation wall bracing works for 10 Units at CHC-s Rosewood Court development.The development comprises 49 units in 11 townhouse buildings of similar age and construction. Built in 1967, the buildings appear to share consistent structural design and construction characteristics. The exterior walls feature a combination of brick masonry veneer and vinyl siding, which is typical of residential townhouse developments from that era.Note: Location details are mentioned in this RFTsf Part 13.The works in this RFTsf includes but is not limited to the following:a. Bracing of Foundation walls for units with Specified Engineered Bracing systems.b. The Proponent is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, site safety, scheduling, and coordination required to perform the works detailed in this RFTsf.c. Project is time bound, and the proponent shall complete the work within the substantial and total completion timeframe outlined in Part 2.1.c Schedule. In this regard, the Proponent shall manage all aspects of the work at all phases of the project including planning, work scheduling and resource management and make all necessary adjustments while the project progresses such as increasing workforce, coordinating with CHC-s Project Manager etc. to avoid delays or get the project back on track to meet the specified timelines.
