328 Oak StFoundation Scope of Work - Jan 30, 2025Planned time of work: April 2025Follow details on design plans.Approximate 178 linear feet of 9 foot tall 8" cast inplace and 67 linear feet of 24" tall x 8" grade beam.Supply and install the following: All piles, foundation walls, garage grade beam and weeping drainage system. Pile placement, marking, manage drilling, concrete placement. Include concrete sonotube for piling as required. Void form as required. Weeping tile, sump pit and drainage gravel (around perimeter). Ensure all weeping tile is sloped correctly and is ready for municipal inspection All material required for forming walls with piles. Ensure lateral support to prevent all movement during pouring. Fill all form tie holes with hydraulic cement. Damp proofing to consist of Blueskin membrane and proper primer.Exclusions: Pile drilling and tailings hauling costs. No wood detail at top of foundation. No wall anchors to be installed into wet concrete. Sump pumpProvide optional pricing for:1. Concrete supply2. Concrete pump3. Blueskin damp proofing4. Concrete flatwork (basement, garage and driveway)
