- This project is to retain two (2) Service Providers under separate agreements to provide services in the categories of Foundation Engineering and Engineering Materials Testing and Evaluation for the period of 2025-2028. Geographically services will generally be restricted to the Ministry of Transportation Eastern Region but may be extended to elsewhere within the Province of Ontario.Respondents will be eligible for award of either one (1) Primary Agreement, or one (1) Alternate Agreement as outlined in the RFQ Retainer. The attached RFQ Retainer and RFQ Appendices are applicable for both agreement numbers (4024-E-0024 and 4024-E-0025).NOTE: Proponents only need to prepare one (1) RFQ Retainer Submission and one (1) Financial Submission for consideration for both the Primary and Alternate Assignment.
