Project Description : Alberta Agriculture and Forestry (AAF), Wildfire Telecommunications and Facilities (WTF) invites formal written Proposals for the modular construction, delivery, setup and commissioning of one (1) new fifty (50) person kitchen / diner as listed below, to be located at Fort Vermilion Fire Base. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan, elevation, electrical and plumbing drawings as well as engineered pile layout requirements for the modular building. The kitchen / diner facility must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by March 31st, 2021.Directions to Fort Vermilion Fire Base are posted separately in Documents section on Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC).Legal Land Description is SW-20-108-13-W5Kitchen / DinerThe fifty (50) person kitchen / diner is 28- x 68- comprised of two (2) 14- x 68- modules, and a 12- x 15- porch / boot room, and a 12- x 15- dry storage, complexed together with a gable roof over the entire structure. Pilings for the kitchen / diner will be the responsibility of the successful Proponent, as well as the building of the decks, ramps and stairs once the buildings are in place. The Kitchen / Diner is to reflect similar floor plan drawing as attached in this RFP.
