Job Location : Fort Severn First Nation

Description : The work at the fort Severn Nursing Station located at Fort Severn First Nation includes but is not limited to: A. Exterior Egress Renovation • Excavate the area as required to complete the work. • Select Demolition & dispose off-site: o Demolish Existing Ramps and Stairs 1, 2, 3 & 4 (refer to drawings). • Reconstruction: o Provide new Concrete Footings. o Backfill excavated areas. o Provide new Concrete Slab-on-Grade. o Provide new Steel Stair Assembly. o Provide new Steel Landing Assembly. o Provide new Galvanised Steel Guard/ Handrail Assembly. o Reinstate existing adjacent finishes. o Painting & Finishing. B. Telehealth HVAC Upgrade • Select Demolition & Dispose off-site. o Existing Wall, Ceiling and Roof elements as required to complete the work. o Existing HVAC system including HRV Ductwork and Fan Filter Unit. • Reconstruction: o Provide new Ductwork. o Provide new Electrical Wiring & Breakers. o Provide new Fan Filter Unit. o Provide new HRV. o Reinstate Wall, Ceiling & Roof elements demolished to complete the work. o Painting and finishing to match existing.
