- The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development DFATD requires professional services to complete the evaluation of Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP).
The specific objectives of the evaluation are the following:
•Evaluate the relevance and sustainability of VCP results and impacts for beneficiaries, local partners, and Canadian public;
•Assess the efficiency in terms of value for money of the VCP;
•Provide overall findings, conclusions, recommendations and lessons, including from the Covid-19 pandemic related flexibility measures, in order to
inform the ongoing implementation of the program and future program design.
