Description:
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below. The performance of these activities requires the use of an own source modelling system that supports revenue sharing calculations, spatial data updates, and related analyses. Complete the annual Forest Consultation and Revenue Sharing Agreement (FCRSA) revenue‑sharing calculations, including: acquiring all required revenue‑sharing data; performing the annual revenue‑sharing calculations. conducting quality assurance on both the numerical and spatial data; producing revenue‑sharing summary sheets for each First Nation; and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline calculation workflows. Identify and resolve data issues, including performing data clean‑up where errors, inconsistencies, or known issues exist in historical revenue‑sharing data or data entry records. Update the FCRSA overlap boundary maps to reflect current and validated geographic information. Update and maintain the corresponding spatial GIS layers in the BC Geographic Warehouse (BCGW) to ensure the data remains accurate and current. Provide ongoing analytical and technical support, including completing ad hoc analysis requests and responding to revenue‑sharing‑related inquiries from government staff and First Nations.
