Description:
Parks Operations Division strives to maintain a clean and safe environment of the provincial parks and provincial recreation areas under its jurisdiction. These contracts will ensure that the campground sites within the Provincial Parks and campgrounds are clean and safe for public use. Contract services are to be provided for a 3 year period, with the general range of service being provided between the periods of May 15 to October 31 each season, for the term of the agreement, beginning May 15, 2025 to March 31, 2028, or as funds are available in the contract budget.The contractor will:- Familiarize themselves with the sites and the number of facilities that require their service- Ensure that the septic holding tanks are cleaned and recharged both at season start up and season end and on an on call basis throughout the camping season- Transport and dispose of the liquid waste away from the Parks and dispose at an approved disposal facilityUpon completion of this work at each site, the washroom facilities should be cleaned and have very minimal odor which will increase the customer satisfaction within our facilities.Refer to RFP document for detailed scope of work.
