The work to be accomplished under this project includes:.1 Conduct a Condition Assessment of Boulton Amphitheatre..2 Review of the Condition of Assessment for Elkwood Amphitheatre, (Appendix 2)..3 Develop a renovation design, including floor plans and elevations for both facilities, for review and approval by Alberta Forestry and Parks..4 Ensure the design and selected materials support the function of both facilities, are low-maintenance, readily available, contextually appropriate and easily serviced..5 Propose and integrate solutions based on the information received from the existing Elkwood Amphitheatre Building Condition Assessment and future Boulton Amphitheatre Condition Assessment into the design. Recommendations should include provision for electrical power at Bolton Amphitheatre as well as a servicing for a seasonal projector atElkwood Amphitheatre. Consider if additional covered seating areas for Elkwood and Boulton Amphitheatre are needed in consultation with Kananaskis Region..6 Accommodate feedback as outlined by Alberta Forestry and Parks in consultation with Kananaskis Region and incorporate into the designs..7 Improve logistics and functionality of Elkwood and Boulton Amphitheatres with a focus on accessibility for those using various mobility devices. Increase accessibility wherever reasonably possible with additional access points to Elkwood Amphitheater for those usingvarious mobility aids equipment.
