Tender are invited for FOR THE SUPPLY FOR AUTOMOTIVE FILTERS

Notice Details The Local Government is seeking proposals for a vendor-supported inventory management solution to enhance the operations of its mechanical team. Currently, the stock room maintains approximately one thousand two hundred (1200) filters in inventory, critical for ongoing maintenance and repair activities. This RFP invites qualified vendors to present solutions that will streamline inventory processes, reduce stockouts, and improve overall efficiency while ensuring the timely availability of essential parts. Proposals should detail strategies for inventory tracking, replenishment, and cost optimization to meet the needs of our mechanical operations.
The Local Government is proposing the following options for automotive filters:
OPTION A: Automotive filters on consignment for the Fleet Services Division.
Or
OPTION B: A price Agreement for the supply and delivery of automotive filters for the Fleet Service Division.
The Local Government preference is Option A, but Proponents are encouraged to provide submission for both options.
