- The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) is seeking submissions from qualified General Contractors to create a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for building rental unit repair projects. Awarded prequalified contractors will be used on “as and when required basis” for larger scale move out unit repairs at various property locations throughout the District of Thunder Bay. This VOR does not require bidders to submit pricing.
