Tender are invited for This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60ZT-18TSPS/XXX/ZT Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following Stream: 3.9 Project Monitor - Senior.The Engaging Canadians Division (KFM) requires the services of a results-based management (RBM) Contractor to monitor the eight IAGC projects undertaken by the provincial and regional Councils of the Inter-Council Network. The Contractor will help identify the gaps and challenges, and provide recommendations to the DFATD-s Engaging Canadians Division to take corrective actions in order to reach the projects expected outcomes. This will focus on enabling the project-s implementing partners to more effectively report on their activities, and report on and measure their results. In addition, the RBM Contractor will monitor the IAGC projects under the broader umbrella of public engagement (PE) programming and the new PE results framework at KFM. The Contractor will use the data of selected operational projects, containing PE components, identified and provided to the Contractor by DFATD.
