- This RFP is open to all interested Proponents. The City of Calgary, Water Services, is seeking a qualified Supplier to supply and deliver approximately eight (8) fluoride analyzers for use in its Water Treatment Facilities. After initial supply The City is seeking continued technical support as needed and in some cases as required in emergency situations. These expectations are described in greater detail in this RFP.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City-s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed for up to four (4) times for two (2) years each time. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed.”
