Tender are invited for Floating Wharf Replacement, Stuart Town, Deer Island, NBLocationStuart Town HarbourDeer Island, NBGeneral Requirements:The work covered under this project at Stuart Town Harbour, located on Deer Island, New Brunswick consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the Replacement of the existing timber floating wharves with new treated timber floating wharves, reinforced concrete anchor blocks, steel guide pile connection, concrete filled steel pipe piles, a gangway and all associated items, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract.Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract.Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the Contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.All work under this contract must be completed by March 31st, 2021FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITEBefore submitting a bid, bidders can visit the site and its surroundings, at their own expense, to review and verify the form, nature, and extent of the work, materials needed for the completion of the work, the means of access to the site, severity, exposure, and uncertainty of weather, soil conditions, any accommodations they may require, and in general shall obtain all necessary information as to risks, ...
