Notice Details This Request for Quotations ("RFQ") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of a flight style dishwasher, waste system pulper, tabling system for Horizon Health Network - Saint John Regional Hospital, as further described in Appendix D - RFQ Particulars Form. This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act, regulations thereunder, and the Atlantic Standard Terms and Conditions (ASTC). In the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFQ and/or the ASTC and/or the overarching legislation, the latter prevails. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the RFQ and the ASTC, the RFQ prevails.
