  Detailed_Description : Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Fleet Management Services.SO establishes enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangements for various commodities that may be accessed by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Non-OPS Entites across Ontario.The objective of the RFB is to establish a VOR arrangement with multiple Vendors for the supply and delivery of fleet management services on a continuous and as-needed basis to support OPS fleet requirements to various Clients across Ontario and in accordance with the RFB.The anticipated VOR arrangement established by the RFB will replace the existing VOR arrangement for Fleet Management Services (OSS-00589311).it is expected that an enterprise-wide VOR arrangement will be established as follows:•1 Vendor for Category 1 - General Fleet Management Services;•1 Vendor for Category 2 - Roadside Assistance•Multiple Vendors in Category 3 - Vehicle Reservation System;•Multiple Vendors in Category 4 - Telematics; and•Multiple Vendors in Category 5 - Short Term Vehicle Leasing.
  Scope of Work : Fleet management services in the RFB are divided into 5 separate categories that are described briefly below. A Bidder may bid on 1 or more categories and must have the necessary third-party network of service vendors in place to serve and support all regions of Ontario.Category 1 - General Fleet Management Services requires a suite of fleet management services to help optimize fleet usage and provide business intelligence for fleet strategy. Category 2 - Roadside Assistance requires reliable, responsive, and comprehensive roadside assistance services to support the operational continuity of a diverse government fleet. Category 3 - Vehicle Reservation System requires a turn-key solution with an online graphical interface that enables Clients to create, reserve, and manage pools of vehicles, and report data captured during travel.Category 4 - Telematics requires optional features and components for Clients, per specific or groups of vehicles, to be used to monitor and report on fleet usage and vehicle events to optimize delivery of services and provide business intelligence for fleet usage and strategy.Category 5 - Short Term Vehicle Leasing requires secure, flexible, cost-effective, and reliable leasing solutions to meet temporary operational needs through timely access to a variety of well-maintained vehicles upheld to high standards of safety, service and customer support.
