Description:
The Public Procurement Agency is publishing DRAFT RFP documents for suppliers to review and provide comments. THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY. DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS. You can submit questions/comments to adamvickers@gov.nl.ca or request a meeting to discuss the draft documents. Please note some of the changes since the last RFP process which did not result in a contract: New mandatory technical requirement (MTR) prohibiting expediated payment terms in exchange for charging additional fees; New MTR that requires the Contracted Supplier to pay Independent Suppliers within 30 days of services rendered; Please review Appendix D: Entity Specific Requirements in the main RFP document. Note that different entities have different payment terms. Removed MTR that prohibited proponents from withholding a portion of fuel discounts; Removed MTR that required proponent to enforce annual hourly rates at Independent Suppliers; The cap on the ad valorem has been removed;
