Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to general contractors to submit proposals for flat roof upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation-s Museum Research Tower and Heating Plant located at 190 Rupert Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of tower roof, penthouse roof on tower and heating plant roof replacement including mechanical and electrical equipment removal and reinstallation. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
