Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to roofing contractors to submit proposals for flat roof replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).CPPD requires the services of a General Contractor for flat roof replacement at Manitoba Archives building, located 200 Vaughan Street, Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, roof system replacement, temporary relocation of existing roof-top mechanical units for the duration of construction, and reinstallation on the new roof. The construction needs to be implemented phased out into two consecutive years due to multi-year budget allocation. Work site location will be occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
