• This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to Contractors to submit proposals for flat roof replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done at the low rise apartment building located at 30 Wynford Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The work site location will be fully occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
